I’m Melanie, the loca enthusiastic and dedicated owner of Sonrisa Services! With a background in management, sales, and customer care, I’ve poured my heart into building Sonrisa to be more than a cleaning service. It’s a family where clients are cherished and quality is guaranteed.
This journey began with a simple goal to provide reliable, professional cleaning services that bring comfort and peace of mind to every home we visit. I wanted to create something different, where people come first and a clean home brings a genuine smile. Sonrisa means smile in Spanish, and that meaning sits at the centre of everything we do. We keep your business looking sharp! Our commercial cleaning is tailored to your schedule and space, covering everything from workstations and floors to restrooms and common areas. Perfect for offices, retail spaces, and small businesses that need a clean, professional vibe.
NDIS & DVA
We offer flexible cleaning services to suit your home and schedule. We’re happy to work with you to prioritize the areas that matter most. Our team works with you to create a cleaning plan that covers essentials like dusting, mopping, and bathroom sanitation, plus any specific requests to ensure your home is comfortable and safe. We’re here to support you with a service that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Sonrisa Services is not a registered NDIS provider. We provide cleaning services to self-managed and plan-managed participants, and follow the NDIS Code of Conduct for non-registered providers.

We offer a range of cleaning services, including regular cleans, deep cleans, commercial cleaning, and more. If you have specific needs, let us know, and we can tailor our services to fit your requirements. For residential homes there is no extra charges for oven cleans or deeper cleaning tasks. We simply add on extra time to your booking to allow us to focus on these areas!
The time required depends on the size and condition of your space. For new clients, we often recommend a longer initial clean of to set an efficient routine, especially for deep or detailed cleaning.
Yes, we bring our own general cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, please let us know! We’re also happy to avoid certain products if there are sensitivities.
We offer general glass cleaning as part of our regular service but don’t handle specialized glass or carpet cleaning. We can recommend specialists if needed!
We understand plans can change! For cancellations within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Yes we have the option to send the same cleaner each visit. We aim to match clients with the same cleaner to ensure consistency and a personal touch. You’ll get to know your cleaner, and they’ll become familiar with your space.
Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to go about their day while we take care of the cleaning. You can trust our team to handle everything with care in your absence.
